My love of horror films inspired this project; a series of posters for movies directed by Darren Lynn Bousman. They are for a 3-day movie marathon shown at a local theater. In the movie Repo! The Genetic Opera comics are used in some scenes to introduce characters and give background information. The style the comics are drawn in gave inspiration for the style and colors the posters were illustrated in.
To create a piece of memorabilia, the posters were screen printed as well. This limited edition run would only be available at the event. The 6 color screen print posters are 11 x 17 in.
